When you break it down, a team player, in its most basic form, means you can catch something that someone else teed up for you, and either score, or pass it along to someone else. The latter certainly doesn’t sound like someone who’s an indispensable part of a team, and in a time when marketing budgets are being scrutinized by CMOs, PR agencies need to show their value now more than ever.
COVID-19 deeply impacted brand budgets. While some brands were forced to furlough or make layoffs, others took one look at their balance sheets and crossed off anything that wasn’t essential.
