Next PR is committed to fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. From attending regular diversity trainings to volunteering in our communities, our team knows making real change is only possible with consistent conversation, education and action.
In the last year alone, the team has completed over 240 hours of DE&I training focused on effective communication across differences, inclusive leadership and fair performance management.

The Next PR DE&I Committee hosts bimonthly meetings open to all team members.
We value a culture of curiosity and provide dedicated forums for honest communication and resource sharing.
Ensure Equitable Opportunities for Career Advancement
Next PR executives consistently lead transparent conversations around salary ranges and the promotion process.
They meet individually with each team member to learn more about their goals and passion areas.
Provide a Welcoming, Inclusive Workplace
We are inclusive to current and prospective talent of all identities, races, genders, ethnicities, sexual orientations, abilities and religions. Preferred names and pronouns are welcome.
We encourage team members to take advantage of our floating holidays to honor religious and cultural days.
Enhance Understanding of DE&I
Next PR provides dedicated courses on allyship, unconscious bias and cultural differences.
Every team member has a subscription for career and leadership development classes taught by world-class experts, as well as participates in a team-wide summer training series.
We acknowledge our responsibility as communicators to push for more diversity in PR and in the media. As we aim for more inclusive language in the content we craft for ourselves and for clients, we created a Writing Inclusivity Guide based on AP Stylebook's best practices for written marketing content.
